So, hey. Kidnapped huh. [Kidnapped again, more like it. He leans back and strokes his lack of beard, allowing the rest of his face to be seen. There's a Sentret flopped over his shoulder like a pancake.]

This is a lot better than most kidnappings I've been to. I even get a free--uh, I'm not sure what this is. [He checks out that Sentret. It's a little familiar to him but not quite enough. Like a squished fire ferret.] Yeah, I don't know. But he is adorable! Don't tell Pabu I said that.

[The Sentret makes some little squeaky noises from his shoulder.]

Ahh, guys! It's assaulting me with cuteness! Do you think I should name him?

I gotta say, you're handling this pretty well. I mean, most people kind of freak out a little when they first show up here.

[leaves out the part where she was one of those people. And besides, it wasn't really a freakout. She just... had a lot of questions, is all.]

Though this is a bit weirder than what usually happens to me.

[granted, she's seen weirder, but those were just moments of weirdness. Not a constant bizarro world like Johto]

Anyway, have you talked to anyone else yet? I don't want to go into the whole "welcome to Johto" speech if you've heard it all ready.

I've heard a lot of weird things from people. No bending, people from different times who are dead, ponies and metal men ... if this weren't already so weird I'd think someone was pranking me.

Okay, people coming back from the dead? That one's new to me... and, to be honest, kinda creepy-sounding.

Anyway, did anyone tell you about the road ahead? In between the talk about ponies and metal men, I mean.

Well, it's not so much that they're back from the dead as they haven't died yet, I guess? Still weird.

[He chuckles.] I've heard it's three days to the town, and I'll be living off leaves 'til I get there. Kind of ate my supplies already. [He looks a bit sheepish, but look at him. He needs the calories.]
