So, hey. Kidnapped huh. [Kidnapped again, more like it. He leans back and strokes his lack of beard, allowing the rest of his face to be seen. There's a Sentret flopped over his shoulder like a pancake.]

This is a lot better than most kidnappings I've been to. I even get a free--uh, I'm not sure what this is. [He checks out that Sentret. It's a little familiar to him but not quite enough. Like a squished fire ferret.] Yeah, I don't know. But he is adorable! Don't tell Pabu I said that.

[The Sentret makes some little squeaky noises from his shoulder.]

Ahh, guys! It's assaulting me with cuteness! Do you think I should name him?

Earthbender? I never heard of such a thing before.

Actually they have their own skills and the stronger they become, the more they earn more skills. Take Candy here. She'll learn electric attacks when she becomes stronger!

But I can still use my skills to train him up. Like instead of doing pull-ups, he can do tail-ups!

Oh! That works too! I bet he'll be using tail a lot for attacks. I wonder how could I train Candy.

You just have to give them motivation, like a treat or just affection! This little guy sure seems eager to please.

I get it now. I wasn't allowed to have pet back home because of where we live, so this is kind of new to me. Yeah, Candy's like that too when she's not running to explore things.

No pets? That's terrible! Where do you live?

Well back home, my mom and I lived in an apartment. They're strict about people owning pets. Mom's sometimes out late because of her work and I'd be sad to leave that pet by themselves all day since I still have school.
